For more than 10 years in the contract packing division of Sarong, available to our customers, there are a number of vertical and horizontal machines to fill liquid and semi-liquid , chemical and cosmetic products, with standard tooling that can be used without extra costs and with filling volumes from 1 up to max 50 ml. Upon customer need, it will be possible at any moment to realize personalized shapes.
The demand for small cosmetic sizes is always increasing. Consumers spend less and less time at home forced to very different contexts during the same day. Therefore it is important to have their products at a reduced size or pre-measured to refresh themselves, the makeup, etc..
The mono-use blisters are an alternative for cosmetics or personal care. These packs also allow a considerable saving of material compared to blown containers. The obtained blisters can be personalized through printing directly on the material or with labelling and can be further packed in cards or boxes.
With special materials it is possible to realize air-fresheners. Thanks to a special osmotic membrane on the back of the container, which will release slowly the perfume. This kind of containers can be used as car air fresheners or small room deodorizers.
Using osmotic membranes it will be possible to obtain discrete deodorants for small rooms, drawers and cupboards to protect the clothes throughout the season, deodorants for dishwashers with odor neutralizing and releasing pleasant scents.
Realizing size replica of the original blister it can be the solution for promotional campaigns, free samples for the customer or simply a sales product already pre-measured for a single application such as lime-scale, window cleaners, concentrates
